About 9 Wings Studio
9 Wings Studios was built on one simple belief: a great idea deserves the right space to come to life.
Founded by Kunal and Shlok Hassanandani, the studio has been shaped by years of experience across cinematography, production and film sets. That experience taught us that a good shooting studio is about more than how it looks on camera. It has to work just as well for the people, equipment and production happening behind it.
Today, 9 Wings Studios offers premium and versatile shooting spaces in Mumbai for photographers, filmmakers, brands, agencies, production houses, content creators and talent across the entertainment and advertising industries.
From flexible sets and ready to shoot environments to makeup rooms, curated props, lighting support, parking and on floor assistance, every element is designed to make production simpler while giving creators more freedom.
As our spaces continue to grow, one thing stays the same.
We. Give. Space.
Kunal Hassanandani
Co-Founder & Cinematographer
Kunal brings years of industry experience across advertising films, television, web content and creative productions.
Having spent much of his career behind the camera, he understands the technical and practical details that make a studio work for filmmakers, from lighting and framing possibilities to space, functionality and movement on set.
His experience as a cinematographer continues to shape the way 9 Wings Studios is designed and developed, so every space supports the creative and production needs of the teams shooting within it.
Shlok Hassanandani
Co-Founder
Shlok brings a strong understanding of production, cinematography and the operational realities of working on a film set.
His experience across productions has helped shape 9 Wings around efficient workflows, adaptable spaces and production friendly infrastructure, with a focus on making every shoot smoother for creators, crews and clients.
Together, Kunal and Shlok continue to build 9 Wings around the philosophy the studio started with: We Give Space.
